Pasilla peppers easy appetizer
Ingredients:
4-6 green Pasilla or Poblano peppers
shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Wash and seed the peppers, making a single opening, peppers leave whole
Stuff peppers with cheese
Bake in oven until bubbly

Brie appetizer
Ingredients:
Brie cheese
brown sugar
Place brie cheese on aluminum foiled cookie sheet
Place ~ 1/2 cup brown sugar on top
Bake in oven until melting
